Junior heard that there was a Chisholm Trail Festival going on in Caldwell, KS so he wanted to go for his first time to find out what it was all about. Plus, there were a few small businesses located here that he was already wanting to go see! Between the settlement of the Old West and the cattle drives, Caldwell remains the Border Queen town. Now for the time everyone has been waiting for, where did Junior go over the weekend? On Friday, Junior was needing to find somewhere to meet his Grandma for lunch before spending the afternoon with her. He of course remembered how much she loves a local businesses new salad bar!
